All special order styles will start at $360 and increase depending on special order details (i.e. size or extra length)

Special order items CANNOT be rushed. Please order accordingly. 

Dresses typically take 6-10 weeks to arrive. Our buffer time is 8-12 weeks. Please be advised dresses can run up to 4 weeks late. Therefore when you are ordering please take this in to account.

Minimal alterations may be required for the desired fit and should be done with a professional seamstress at your expense.

We recommend ordering  4-6 months in advance of your event date.

Yes! If you would like a size consultation please schedule a consulation.

Please fill out the inquiry form under the “Custom” tab. After you submit the form, schedule a consultation. Consultations are REQUIRED for purchasing any custom item. See “Consultations” under “Contact Us“ menu.

You are allowed 2 complimentary sketch modifications per design. Additional modification sketches are $10 each.

No, please make sure you are ordering the correct, style, color and size. Once your order is confirmed and placed, nothing can be changed.

Additional changes after a confirmed design between the designer and client will result in a $150 inconvenience fee. If new changes result in new or additional materials the client will be required to submit payment within 24 hours of designer confirming the new changes. There must be at least a 3 month time span between the event date and change confirmation for change approvals. 

Yes! We are now accepting bridal gown clients.

ALL sales are final; ALL items are special ordered or made to order so we DO NOT issue refunds or exchanges on any items.  If you have a problem with an item due to an error please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and we will assist you.

50% deposit is needed  for a custom design. Special order dresses require full payment. Once an order is fulfilled, you have 15 days to pay the remaining balance before your order can be picked up, delivered, or shipped.

Standard shipping is 4-7 business days or an Overnight option is also available upon request at an extra cost. Once the item ships, you will receive a tracking number to track your item. In the rare event that the item is lost or stolen in the shipping process, Kiana Carn Designs is not held responsible.
